Aa’ishah studied Law at Birmingham City University and completed her Professional Legal Practice Course at the University of West London. She qualified within a High Street Law Firm and was admitted to the roll of solicitors in 2020.

- Occupation Proceedings (Applicant and Respondent representation)

- Financial Remedy. (Husband and Wife representation, voluntary disclosure, without prejudice offers, working up until FDA,FDR and Final Hearings.
- Divorce Proceedings.
During her time at the firm Aa’ishah has always conducted her own advocacy from beginning to the end of these proceedings which included Fact Finding Hearings and Final Hearings for Family and Children Act cases. Aa’ishah deals with both private and legal aid clients, which makes her a well-rounded solicitor.

Alongside her client work, Aa’ishah currently has a team which she trains daily, which include legal assistant, solicitor apprentice and paralegals. She takes great pride in training junior staff to ensure they become recognised in the Legal Field and achieve their end goal of qualifying as a solicitor.
Previous Experience
Before Aa’ishah embarked on her legal career in the UK, she had the opportunity to work on death row cases in America which was in partnership with Amicus.
